Founded in service.
Built with purpose.
NextLine Health Group LLC was founded by a veteran who saw firsthand the gap between the support that exists on paper and the support that people actually receive.
This company is built on the belief that real change happens through consistent human contact — not programs, not apps, not hotlines alone. It happens when someone shows up, follows through, and refuses to let people fall through the cracks.

I built NextLine Health based on firsthand experience in both military and law enforcement environments, where accountability, consistency, and follow-through are mission-critical.
In those roles, I saw a recurring problem: the gap between the support systems that exist on paper and the reality of what people actually receive. Resources are often available, but access, continuity, and trust are inconsistent — especially for those operating under stress.
NextLine Health was created to address that gap.
This work is grounded in real-world conditions — understanding how individuals engage with support systems when time is limited, pressure is high, and stigma is present. In those moments, structure and consistency are what determine whether support is effective or not.
The model is simple: structured engagement, direct navigation, and consistent human contact. Not replacing existing systems, but strengthening how individuals move through them.
The objective is clear: ensure that those who have served are supported by systems that function with the same reliability they were trained to uphold.
